Marta Ghezzi

Within the greatest scope of the co-founded Company (which supports Organisations in the life-science sector in evolving their leadership and business practices in a seamless integrated way) I am in charge of all activities and projects related to Leadership Development, both on an individual level (through leadership coaching and assessments) and on a team level (designing and delivering team development journeys, team workshops and team coaching)

I am certified as a PCC coach by the ICF (International Coaching Federation), as a Leadership Circle Practitioner by The Leadership Circle®, as a Team Coach by Institute of Leadership & Management. I am trained with ORSC ™ (Organization & Relationship Systems Coaching).

I am also certified as SCRUM Master.

As founder and owner of Ghezzi Coaching, I have supported leaders and leadership teams in different Industries through individual coaching, team coaching, and workshop design and delivery with the objective of increasing their self-awareness, exploring and expressing their full leadership potential, achieving more effective individual and collective leadership to have a greater impact in their organisations and beyond.

On top of the previous responsibility in Training, I have gained responsibility for Organization, Development, and Recruiting. Main focus:

• design and implementation of new talent development projects such as internal mentoring, assessment programs for high potentials, and specific development paths for site managers

• redesign of the performance management process and system

• international coordinator for a European Executive Mentoring Program Following a certified leadership training path, in 2014 I also became an internal Coach for Air Liquide's Executives and Professionals identified as High Potential.
