Hello! My name is Mathias, I'm an experienced communications consultant and passionate communications all-rounder. I have been working for numerous international B2B and B2C brands. In recent years, I developed internal communication programs and implemented internal communication plans and culture initiatives for hypergrowth companies as well as for industrial big players during their corporate transformation processes such as M&As and carve-outs, which includes crisis communication, too.

I've been working as interim communication manager for periods ranging from six months to 2.5 years. In doing so, I immerse myself into my client's organisation, become part of the team, but still maintain a well-founded external perspective. Usually, my clients appreciate the trusted, reliable, and fun collaboration with me. They often see me as a sparrring partner for their projects.

Another focus of my work is content creation and copywriting. I implement impactful PR strategies and build strong media relations particularly in the industrial and startup areas.
