The Borderless Friends Magazine is an independant mixed media magazine project I started in january 2024 and published in august the same year.

The first issue is a 168 pages book compiling articles about friends, the work of 5 photographers and 3 interviews of artist, athlete and surfboard shaper in 3 different langages. The original purpose of this project was for me to experiment mixed media by drawing, painting and editing using photographer friends’ pictures as a primary material but as I figured out I had so many talented friends in different art fields, it evolved into conducting interviews and showcasing their work through my gaze and my artistic direction. Focused on the people I’ve met in Byron Bay, Australia, this first issue is an ode to creativity and friendship that knows no borders.
