Reporting to the SVP of Strategy and Transformation, I am responsible of the Global Integrated Engineering organization. The Engineering team is composed of 470 people. This team is the result of the integration and centralization of all 10 BUs Engineering teams, I have completed after the scalable Engineering organization design I have described in my past roles. The role is also responsible of the E2E execution of all major Company Capex projects (OTIF), of the capex target achievement and the Safety, Sustainability, Quality, Productivity and Cost KPIs. The Company Capex portfolio is about 850 m$, 650 mS of which are under GIE responsibility and involve all manufacturing network which is composed of 82 factories. On top of the projects' execution, I am also responsible of Capex portfolio management Project Management framework from the idea generation up to the validation and start up.

Reporting to the SVP Medical Segment, I am responsible to lead the change management team to implement the project to re-design the Engineering organization (Global Integrated Engineering). The organization design is scalable to be extended across the company which is composed of 10 Business Units. I have built the business case, which has been approved in formed a change management team by which we have developed a detailed implementation plan and mapped all relevant stakeholders for their proper involvement. Leading the change for this project means: communication process management, interface with legals to anticipate all possible issues coming from the transformation, work council involvement as well as Integration with all Medical Segment sites and all other transformation projects.
