The project greatly reflected my and my clients vision to digitising the event logistic processes and reduce workload.

• During events with clients such as IMD, Nestlé, the IOC, MJF, I managed from A-Z the full implementation and testing phases of the platform and led the development team on all upgrades / modifications to be done based on clients feedback, while simultaneously overseeing all event logistics.

• Oversaw the development and implementation of a dedicated ERP/SAP internal system, increasing team's efficiency by 30% and reducing time previously spent on managing requests, planning resources and invoicing.

• Oversaw the development of a driver's tracking App and the interfaces put in place (back-office and client platform).

• Event management

• Successfully organised & coordinated 300+ major clients' events, managing all logistics, planning, budgets and onsite coordination, ensuring all client expectations were met with high attention to detail.

• Collaborated with security and protocol teams to guarantee smooth VIP logistics during major events.

• Liaised with local authorities to ensure adherence to event regulations and diplomatic protocols for international VIP guests.
