- Managing a team of 5 people (designers and marketers) and providing guidance to support the strategy.
- Events management: organising Mercer Career most important EMEA conference for compensation & benefits professionals and Mercer's Expatriate Management Conference (over 200 participants - budget;200'000€) . It includes activities such as: building the agenda, finding and connecting with the speakers, external and internal promotion to our clients and prospects (coordinating email campaign, hardcopy mailer, online ads, social media, call campaign), networking activities for delegates, post event communications, providing content for the conference app, venue search, budget management.
- HR Tech Congress Platinum sponsorship (4000 visitors) and two-day events organisation for existing Mercer clients (30-40 participants)
- Product launch: product description, marketing strategy, internal and external promotion.
- Business development: working with the business to develop, execute and track marketing/sales campaigns.
