◦ One-D Program: Designed & delivered the change management strategy for One-D, pRED's Digital Transformation programme (50m CHF, 2-year programme, 20 projects, 250 people involved in a matrix environment, impacting the daily work of 2,500 people) with the ambition to improve R&D productivity.
◦ Digital Pathology: Supported the workstream as Program Manager & Change Lead, facilitating the change adoption team to ensure realization of the expected benefits of the project (enabling data sharing and reuse, reducing costs and cycle time)
◦ Cytometry Center of Excellence: Co-created the change implementation of the new cCoE in pRED (10 labs, 100 people impacted, 50% reduction in machines, savings of 450k CHF/year).
◦ Designed a comprehensive training curriculum to shift to agile ways of working & VACC leadership (8 modules, 75 sessions delivered, 497 participants), directly contributing to enhanced operational efficiency within pRED's transformation initiatives.
