With more than 15 year of experience in executive search and global talent acquisition, I partner with startups, scale ups and established organizations to identify and secure the talent that moves businesses forward.
My work focuses primarily on technology driven sectors including software, SaaS, cybersecurity and digital platforms. I also work closely with hospitality and lifestyle brands, as well as private equity firms and their portfolio companies that require strategic hiring support during periods of transformation or rapid scaling.
As a Partner at Chameleon Collective and founder of a boutique recruiting firm, I have led executive searches and global hiring initiatives across the United States, Europe, Latin America, Canada and Australia. My work spans senior leadership hiring through to full team build outs, supporting organizations as they scale across international markets.
I have successfully placed senior leaders including Vice Presidents and Senior Vice Presidents and have built high performing teams across product, marketing, analytics and technology.
Recent examples of my work include:
• Supporting Insight Assurance with global hiring efforts, completing more than 13 strategic hires across multiple regions in the past year
• Helping Polaroid scale its marketing organization by identifying and securing key talent across several functions
• Partnering with organizations including Redgate Software, Cypress.io, Hyatt Hotel Group, Akeneo and other venture backed and private equity backed companies
In addition to executive search, I regularly support leadership teams with strategic hiring advisory, candidate sourcing for difficult to fill roles, and interview process design that improves hiring accuracy and efficiency.
