Columbus is an international Microsoft implementation partner, which helps clients design and implement enterprise applications – e.g. ERP Business Central or Dynamics F&O. Columbus also has a strong offering within Data and AI – helping customers in various stages. My role is to build up Management Consulting on top/side of the other offers and thereby helping clients on both analysis, direction and implementation.

• Helped in growing the department by identifying and attracting the right candidates.

• PM in data transformation program for a worldwide, large company (market leader) – working with change management, stakeholder management, reporting to steering committee etc.

• Worked on the synergy between implementation - and Management Consulting services

• Large transformation program in Retail involving ERP consolidation and upgrade. Enterprise Architecture advisory services. AI strategy. Digital Strategy, IT Governance, Post Merger Integration, Data and Analytics consulting. Role – lead on assignment.

• IT Due Diligence for Private Equity company planning to acquire 3 companies and build a pan-European market leader in its field. Role – lead on assignment.

• Digital strategy for a high-growing private company in the Energy sector (operating globally) – which involved engaging with all business units as well as their IT/Digital department.

• Large transformation program in Utility sector – Post Merger Integration. Role as responsible for Enterprise Architecture, which is core in ensuring that the synergies – which was essential in the acquisition business case – are reached. - Assisted an IT Service function to provide their offer in a bid round vis-a-vis external competitors.
