Consultante en stratégie avec plus de 6 ans d’expérience en conseil et en gestion de projets à fort enjeu, j’accompagne les dirigeants dans leurs enjeux de croissance, transformation et performance. Aujourd’hui Strategy Project Manager au sein du CEO Office, je pilote des projets stratégiques transverses (plan 2030, gouvernance, intégration, développement d’offres). Auparavant chez Monitor Deloitte et KPMG, j’ai mené des missions de stratégie de croissance, transformation opérationnelle et déploiement digital à l’international. Mon approche est à la fois analytique, structurée et très orientée exécution.
