- Method of Procedure (MOP) Development: Actively participate in drafting and reviewing MOPs for all high-risk works, to ensure rigorous approval processes and compliance with client SLAs, safety standards, and operational requirements.
- Safety Leadership: Implement audit and continuously review on-site safety management procedures to ensure 100% compliance with mandatory and industry standards across all construction phases. Implement a standardized dashboard for H&S issue and incident monitoring. Lead root cause analysis and organize lessons-learned meetings.
- Risk Analysis: Conduct risk assessments for each construction phase, evaluating potential impacts on live data center operations, existing infrastructure, and customer environments. Develop mitigation plans to minimize service disruption. Monitor and manage all activities against strict SLA criteria to identify and mitigate risks that could trigger penalties.
- Customer-Centric: Maintain continuous, transparent dialogue with key clients throughout demolition, construction, and upgrade phases, providing ad-hoc briefings on critical milestones, risks, and mitigation plans. Act as a key technical liaison between the Managing Director, Sales, and major customers to support fitout contract negotiations.
