Throughout my professional experience, I had the opportunity to take various roles relying on me making decisions, managing the project and leading programmers.
When working at Sailsense Analytics, as well as FHI360, I had the opportunity to take on the Project Manager hat to manage the scope, cost and time of development, all while making crucial technical decisions for a greenfield project.
Currently working at Parrot, I have been contacted from France, while I was at the time in Belgium, for my Flutter expertise. I have then been hired as a point of reference to challenge technical decisions made, help the onboarding of iOS developers to Flutter, give recommendations on code guidelines and best practices and help the developers in their journey.
