Forte de plusieurs années d’expérience sur le marché domestique et travel retail, j’interviens sur des missions de stratégie merchandising, d’activation de marque et d’amélioration de l’expérience client.

Mon approche est à la fois analytique et terrain : audit des espaces de vente, recommandations merchandising, optimisation des parcours clients, mise en valeur des produits et alignement avec l’ADN de la marque.
