Programme stratégique visant à transformer les activités de financement de CACIB, couvrant l'ensemble de la chaîne, du Front Office au Back Office. Organisation de la roadmap de livraison pour le domaine « Origination et Distribution ». Encadrement d'une équipe de 10 personnes répartis entre Paris et Singapour, et coordination avec les parties prenantes transverses ( 200+ sur le programme) afin de garantir des livraisons alignées sur les besoins client. Mise en place du cadre SAFe avec un focus sur l'alignement des équipes et l'amélioration continue des processus agiles. Définition de la stratégie de gestion du changement avec les lignes métiers, les équipes de support et les équipes projet. Résultats principaux: Atteinte de 90 % des objectifs sur cinq sprints consécutifs. 6 mises en production livrées en un an, tout en respectant un budget annuel de 1,3 M€.
