What drives me:
Although I have been dealing with startups and building companies for around 25 years, as a child I never dreamed of being obsessed with entrepreneurship and especially founders. Today, this topic fascinates me because I see the huge potential in properly streamlined and visionary startups if they are managed professionally.
Right after school, I founded one of the biggest e-commerce retailers in Germany for shoes. Five years later, I sold 75% of the shares to one of the biggest retailers in Germany. And further 3 years later I did the exit to Foot Locker, the biggest shoe retailer in the world.
