Established the Simulation organisation as a core pillar of Product Engineering, defining the technical roadmap, delivery model, and capability strategy across BEV range prediction, systems modelling, CFD, and full‑vehicle structural analysis to accelerate product decision‑making. Directed integrated engineering programmes across body, structures, interiors, exteriors, chassis, systems efficiency, and battery frame development, ensuring alignment with platform vision, NPD milestones, and tendering strategy for eBus and eLCV products. Led multi‑layer teams and 15+ external partners to drive execution excellence, cost‑effective design, and regulatory compliance, while serving as a key technical advisor to CxO leadership, shaping product strategy, innovation priorities, and long‑term engineering capability growth.
