• Further development and maintenance of the ISMS and ISO framework including risk monitoring and management in cooperation with public bodies as well as regular reporting to stakeholders.

• Management of the information security team and a security operations center, personnel, budget and cost management, further development of security governance, project management and active participation in security-related committees.

• Successful projects and implementation: introduction of SOC-CDC incl. processes, governance review, ISO27001:2013 control audit

• Operationalize the Information Security Management System (ISMS) and ensure adherence to security standards across functional departments.

• Lead Security Operations, conduct Threat and Risk Analysis, and manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives.

• Conduct Information Security Reviews/Audits, monitor KPIs of Information Security Controls, and provide comprehensive reports to diverse stakeholders.

• Monitor data processing activities, advising C-level executives and CISOs of public institutions and private individuals in the Canton of Zurich.

• Represent at symposiums and conferences on data protection, delivering impactful presentations.

• Participate in Switzerland-wide working groups (e.g., privatim.ch) and take responsibility for the internal IT environment.
