Manage Program Power of 2 to lead logical separation for our full technology landscape. It consisted in transforming network, workplace, google space, SAP ERP and satellites that Solvay has been splitted in 2 distinct groups with new legal entities at spin off. Lead ERP modernization Roadmap and project to build new digital platform on SAP S/4 Hana for the group Prepare and Lead Move to cloud program. Under this program, the main one was to migrate all our SAP system from on premise to AWS. During this move we also migrated SAP ECC6 on Hana. After validation of roadmap, managed RFP then due diligence to select a partner to design AWS landing zone then migrate all systems to the cloud

Manage a team of 50 people to deliver projects and services for business and function. The team is organized in a competency center for Record to report process (Finance & Controlling) based in Europe, Brazil, USA, China and Singapore. Team is accou ntable to operate project, maintenance and support for SAP ECC6 a ll finance and controlling modules, Consolidation solution, Treasury applications, reporting on BW and Dashboard on Qlikview Design and Implement new IT organization to deliver better services for new Solvay after the acquisition of Rhodia (6b€ revenue) Manage outsourced contracts for SAP developments and support with nearshore team and offshore team in India Lead S/4 central finance roadmap then lead p ilot implementation for the group. Manage RFP to select partner until the implementation
