• European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) All companies operating within the EU and EEA must regularly conduct GDPR training (a cycle of 6 to 12 months is recommended). Non-compliance with GDPR can lead to fines of up to €20 million or 4% of a company's annual global turnover, whichever is higher. Therefore, I offer comprehensive training programs to enhance your organization's understanding of GDPR fundamentals, necessary measures, and current issues. These training sessions will incorporate relevant, up-to-date real-world examples to ensure the practical application of GDPR principles and regulations. In Germany, under § 34c Abs. 2a GewO and § 15b MaBV, real estate agents, residential property managers, and employees directly involved in the licensed activity are required to continue their education. They must be able to demonstrate at least 20 hours (or 40 hours if active in both fields simultaneously) over three years. Failure to comply can result in a fine of up to €5,000.
