I am passionate about product development as i can connect myself better to the end costumer requirements. My passion for product research and development has gained me deep expertise over complete vehicle development process from concept (pre development)until series production including EE, ergonomic and autonomous driving. I understand the regulations and requirements related to latest technologies in the market of different country (ECE, America, China and ROW) and can related these to different industries . I have led multiple complex projects for Mercedes Benz AG & Jaguar from concept to SOP and homologation on the global platform and led the path to successful cost reduction initiatives . I thrive in multicultural and international environment as i love connecting with people. These roles required not only strong engineering expertise but also the ability to navigate challenging project phases, align diverse stakeholders, and ensure seamless system integration within tight timelines.
