• Summarize customer system requirements and international standards, ensuring compliance throughout product development. • Lead the definition and implementation of Safety Plans, Technical Safety Concepts, and Safety Mechanisms aligned with ISO 26262 for ASIL products. • Oversee the development of system component requirements, interfaces, and specifications to maintain consistency, integrity, and compliance with Safety and Reliability standards. • Guide Product Realization Proposals, System Specifications, Product Architectures, and design reviews in collaboration with senior technical staff and customers. • Supervise Hardware-Software-Mechanical integration following the V-model design process, ensuring safety and proper system design. • Coordinate with the Technical Project Lead to manage timing, costs, process deployment, and KPI reporting. • Conduct technical risk assessments and support the mitigation of high-impact issues in alignment with organizational safety objectives. • Drive the development of detailed product design specifications while aligning product needs with the company's product roadmap. • Actively contribute to enhancing OSHE (Occupational Safety, Health, and Environment) and Quality standards within the organization.
