Achievements:
- I have worked closely with account executives and presales consultants to ingrain value engineering in the sales process and collaborate on account plans
- I have designed several value propositions and business cases based on the activities and main KPIs of potential third-party partners of the Tradeshift platform in order to identify business opportunities

Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Leading technical and product teams on IT projects for iOS/Android applications, websites, and API/SDK integration. In those projects I was accountable for deadlines, budgets, deliverables and leading steering committees with many stakeholders
- Account Management: Growing a large customer portfolio and manage client satisfaction, upselling and customer success
- Presales: Designing functional architecture of specific solutions, gap analysis and costing in pre-sales process; drafting proposals in response to public tenders

Achievements:
Project Management:
- I successfully delivered 4 mobile applications and SDK projects by leading internal technical, business and product teams and external stakeholders
- I lead steering committees and represented the company during discussion with C-Level executives
- I learnt a lot about crisis communication management and how to deliver the right message to the right person at the right time
