Ingénieur électricien spécialisé en photovoltaïque, j’interviens en freelance dans l’intégration des centrales solaires au réseau moyenne tension. Mon expertise couvre laconception, l’analyse et la validation des études électriques(études de dimensionnement, de sélectivité, de protection, de transit de puissance, etc.) nécessaires pour assurer la conformité et la performance des installations PV raccordées au réseau.

• Conduct preliminary grid impact studies for over 200 solar PV and cogeneration installations (total capacity exceeding 100 MW) using NEPLAN, including load flow, short-circuit, stability analysis, and hosting capacity assessment to ensure compliance with utility standards.
• Lead technical approval processes, on-site inspections, and commissioning activities for 65 solar plants (total capacity: 9 MW) and 13 cogeneration plants (total capacity: 38 MW), ensuring seamless MV grid connection and full compliance with STEG regulations:
◦ Protection relay coordination & settings: Configured overcurrent, earth fault, and grid synchronization protections (ANSI/IEC standards) to ensure selective tripping and compliance with STEG's grid code.
◦ Energy metering verification: Validated meter accuracy (CT/PT calibration), ensured compliance with STEG's billing requirements.
• Monitor and analyze evolving Tunisian renewable energy regulations and grid connection codes to ensure continuous project compliance.
• Contribute to the development of STEG's technical guidelines for renewable energy grid integration projects.
• Coordinate with EPC contractors and STEG teams to resolve technical bottlenecks and accelerate commissioning timelines.
