What am I most proud of? When I joined Accenture, I hired, trained and coached a team of 14 people, and collaborated in the formation of the first digital studio in the company, of about 35; co-creating the definition of roles, processes and methodologies. It became a high-performance highly engaged team, where people feel proud being part of.

That success and my performance over the years made the on-shore team ask for my relocation to Seattle, USA. I worked together with Microsoft leaders and specialists in their Redmond headquarters for 3 years, on several projects. The most prominent: the applications for check-in, waiting rooms and shuttle reservations for campus' lobbies.
