I operate at the intersection of organizational transformation, human capital strategy, operating model design, and performance governance, with 22+ years of leadership experience across renewable energy, hospitality, manufacturing, food industries, real estate, education, and service-intensive environments in Egypt and the GCC.

My work helps organizations move from fragmented, person-dependent execution into clearer, more disciplined, measurable, and scalable operating systems. Across my career, I have led and supported HR operations, workforce governance, organizational structuring, performance systems, reporting discipline, operating routines, and leadership enablement in environments where compliance, workforce stability, execution speed, and management clarity directly affect continuity and results.

I do not view HR as an administrative function alone. I focus on turning human capital into an operational enabler by connecting structure, roles, authority, workflows, performance visibility, people systems, and executive discipline into one integrated management logic. This includes organizational diagnosis, operating model design, governance architecture, KPI frameworks, HR systems, dashboards, reporting cadence, and execution stabilization.

I bring practical exposure to large project-based and workforce-intensive settings, including renewable energy and solar project environments in Egypt. These experiences strengthened my ability to align HR governance, documentation discipline, manpower control, performance routines, and contractor-facing coordination with real operating requirements across multi-site conditions.
