Most proposal consultants come from one side of the table — commercial or technical. I've sat on both: field construction on a $3.7B offshore EPCI platform, then 7+ years leading some of the largest FEED-to-EPCI tenders across the EU, UK and the GCC — HVDC and HVAC substations, offshore wind, CCUS, and oil and gas.
That means I don't just write winning proposals — I write ones that can actually be executed at the price quoted. I know where EPC bids lose: undercooked CAPEX, weak execution narratives, buried risk, and poor interface management. I fix those problems before they cost you the contract — or worse, after you've won it.
