I am a corporate finance professional with over 20 years of experience across Management Consulting, M&A, Financial Management, and Strategic Advisory, working with entrepreneurs, investors, and corporates across a wide range of industries. My career combines advisory expertise with hands-on operational roles, allowing me to bring both strategic perspective and practical execution to complex financial situations.

A key strength is my ability to bridge finance and legal considerations, translating financial objectives into robust transaction structures and contributing to the drafting and negotiation of key agreements, including term sheets, investment agreements, share purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, and loan documentation.

I am currently Managing Partner of ÆPEX Advisors, where I advise clients on strategic financial matters, transactions, and restructuring situations. Recent assignments include supporting a Hospitality Tech company through a complex restructuring and advising on the sale of two HR Strategic Planning businesses.

In parallel, I take on part-time CFO roles, including for a MedTech startup and a single-family office, covering governance, financial modelling, capital raising, and debt structuring (including a €5m debt-to-equity conversion and a €15m debt raise).

Previously, as Corporate Finance Leader at IQ-EQ, I led acquisitions and advisory activities, completing multiple transactions and working on a €600m company sale. I also launched CrossDeal, a private deals platform facilitating $28m in transactions.

Earlier, I founded and led MJR Advisors, advising on M&A, restructuring, and capital raising, and held roles at Dexia, Accenture, and Citibank.

Overall, I combine strong technical expertise with an entrepreneurial and hands-on approach to execution.

IQ EQ brings together a broad range of services and global expertise to fund managers, global companies, families & their family offices. Acquisitions ): Successfully completed 4 bolt-on acquisitions in Luxembourg and Belgium. In charge of opportunity appraisal, negotiations, deal structuring, drafting of pre-contractual terms, signing, closing and post closing steps. Advisory ): Financial Advisor (financial modelling, company valuations and M&A mandates) to small and medium-sized companies (industries included Management Consulting, Insurance brokerage, Luxury products (perfume), Hospital Services and a Football Club). Private deals platform ): Launched an in-house private deals platform (CrossDeal), providing capital introduction services, on a deal-by-deal basis, while offering desirable deal flow to investors (mainly private equity and family offices). Successfully closed 4 deals (2 asset deals and 2 capital raises).

Founder of MJR Advisors, a Corporate Finance advisory boutique advising business owners and investors in a wide range of industries, various business maturity profiles and corporate contexts. The focus was on SMEs and start ups, and mandates included financial modelling, capital raising, mergers and restructurings. MJR Advisors was sold to IQ EQ in 2015.
