• Managing multidisciplinary project teams as general project manager with the end to end project responsibility in scope, time and budget for renewable, biomass and biogas power plant projects.

• Responsible for the project development of power plant contracting projects for industrial customers from the stages of concept study and basic engineering up to the realization phase covering all required elements for the build, own, operate and maintain model (BOOM).

• Supported hybrid energy concepts integrating renewables with dispatchable generation.

• Overseeing the company internal strategic approval steps up to the Board of Management (BoM).

• Accomplished joint development agreements between industrial customers and Uniper for power plant projects with an overall value of over EUR 200 million.

• Identifying and overseeing the Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) contractor´s services from project development to realization phase.

• Overseeing required project process procedures and project deliverables such as project budgeting, project charter, risk management, HSSE requirements, project reporting and documentation.

▪ Advisory and project management for green hydrogen, green ammonia, and carbon capture (CCUS) solutions for industrial and energy sector clients across US, Saudi Arabia, and Japan.

▪ Expertise in customer-specific decarbonization strategies, including hydrogen and ammonia integration, CO₂ utilization pathways, and feasibility assessments for net-zero targets.

▪ Strong market insights into cross-regional hydrogen and CCUS deployment trends, supporting clients in project development, regulatory alignment, and investment planning.

Actively engaged as a consultant across a broad spectrum of energy-related topics, including:

▪ Hydrogen production and electrolysis technologies (PEM, Alkaline)

▪ Carbon capture technologies: membrane-based separation (e.g., Teflon™ AF) and amine scrubbing with various solvent systems (MEA, MDEA, advanced blends)

▪ Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and flexibility markets

▪ Gas turbines and compressors for power generation and Oil & Gas applications

▪ Project development, CAPEX/OPEX modeling, and regulatory frameworks in Europe, Saudi Arabia, and the US

• Providing strategic advisory on power plant modernization, digital monitoring, and energy transition.

• Supporting market entry and technology localization for European OEMs in the Saudi energy sector.
