I'm a Program and Portfolio Manager working with complex, multi-stakeholder environments. Currently leading the digital consular portfolio at the Belgian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (visas, passports, elections, and services for Belgian citizens worldwide, across 110+ posts). Politically sensitive, heavily regulated, zero margin for failure.

Where I tend to add the most value: portfolios that lack rhythm, programs stuck between business and IT, governance that exists on paper but not in practice. I bring structure without bureaucracy, and I work close to senior leadership, translating strategy into delivery and delivery into something leadership can actually steer.

What makes my profile less common: PgMP and PMP certified (PgMP holders are roughly 0.1% of certified PMs globally), seven years embedded inside government IT, an engineering background, and active contribution to the discipline as a Judging Committee member for the PMI PMO Global Awards (2025, 2026).
