ELA AS is a startup founded together with my wife and we called in our daughter name ELA. ELA AS is a company that focus on creating Data products from global databases and open data to help specific business with external data related to their market. We do consulting services in addition to our product and platform developments/implementation. From September 2019, ELA AS became holding company and ELA Analytics spin-off as a Data Management consultancy.

Numus (internal project in ELA AS) (09.2019 - now) – is a personal finance and wealth management platform that aims to close the gap of bank services and loyalty between banks and the new generation of bank customers. Ruter IOSS (05.2024 – ) Designed, architected, and build automated processes for IOSS department of Ruter, from automating delays processing, Operator communication, delay communications etc.. Short description of the role:

As a Senior Business Intelligence Developer/Architect, I took the responsibility to build the Enterprise Datawarehouse cross medias (Mediacom, MEC, Maxus) for the entire Nordic. The Enterprise DW is based on Marathon data as main source and external third-party data as additional data. Solution is being well accepted and adopted in Nordics and same solution is purposed to Netherland. The entire solution is built in Microsoft BI Stack using VS DataTools, SSIS, SSAS, MDM, Data Modelling, Tableau, Qlik, Power BI and Excel.

Short description of the role:

As a Business Intelligence Developer/Architect, I have in depth experience using and implementing business intelligence tools with greatest strength in the Microsoft SQL Server / Business Intelligence Studio SSIS, SSAS, SSRS. I have designed, developed, tested, debugged, and documented ETL/ Analytics, MDM and Reporting processes and reports for enterprise-wide data warehouse implementations using the SQL Server / BI Suite. I also have designed/modeled OLAP cubes using SSAS and developed those using MS SQL BIDS SSAS and MDX. Served as an implementation team member where I translated source mapping documents and reporting requirements into dimensional data models. Strong ability to work closely with business and technical teams to understand, document, design, and code SSAS, MDX, DMX, DAX and ETL processes, along with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of an organization. As a Data Engineer worked in some projects to convert Informatica workflows into SSIS packages and migrating entire ETL to SSIS to avoid high license costs. As a Data Scientist, I have knowledge and experience using Data Mining techniques to predict business processes and make it easy for decision makers to take actions. I have great knowledge in Machine Learning, Statistics and tools like R and Python, but still lack knowledge in Hadoop and/or MapReduce.
