My work is based on professional laser scanning, photogrammetry, and point-cloud processing, allowing me to deliver precise, reliable models even for complex and historical buildings.

I create BIM models in Revit/IFC with LOD 300–400, update outdated drawings, generate detailed floor plans and sections, and prepare project-ready geometry for renovations, extensions, permits, and design coordination. My workflow ensures consistent accuracy through Matterport Pro3, LiDAR/photogrammetry pipelines, and careful manual refinement.
