    • Co-led 11 M&As (both buy- and sell-side), including data rooms, DD processes, Closing process and CP/CS actions, all the way down to the successful EXIT/LBO and its PMI into the new setup.
    • Strategic and sparing partner to CEO, Board and PE stakeholders.
    • Builder and Leader of international finance teams (25 FTEs), incl. building a Shared Service Centres (in DACH - covering financial accounting, people operations, statutory reporting and tax and legal compliance in the region).
    • Capital structure and liquidity management for 20 entities across 11 jurisdictions/countries in EU and USA.
    • Oversight of Big4 audit, international tax and compliance across all jurisdictions, including improvements in control environment (risks & controls) and processes (R2R, O2C, P2P, etc.).
    • Led the implementation of an ERP (MS Dynamics, D365 for Finance) and its integration with an CRM (MS) and a PowerBI (MS) and dash-boarding and KPIs' definition/monitoring and performance management.
