Avec huit ans d’expérience dans l’événementiel, dans des secteurs variés : institutionnel, culturel, sportif, médical; et à des postes différents : cheffe de projet, account manager, branding-look-signalétique manager, conceptrice 2D-3D et scénographe; mon expertise me permet d'appréhender chaque projet de manière globale et personnalisée.

Ayant travaillée en France comme à l'international sur des projets d'envergures mais également à plus petite échelle, mon adaptabilité est ma plus grande force.

LOOK PROJECT MANAGER AT CHÂTEAUROUX AND ITS VILLAGES & LE BOURGET SITES

▪️ Coordinated each phase of the Venue Look project in direct collaboration with suppliers and technical service providers: design, scoping, production, installation, and transition between the Olympic and Paralympic Games, including venue dismantling and restoration, as well as the promotion of Look elements.
▪️ Managed relationships with various departments and stakeholders, including Venue Development, Sports, Event Delivery, and Broadcast Services. As well as with the Brand and Identity Department teams, who designed the Look’s graphic charter and application guidelines.
▪️ Prepared and updated inventory documents (location plans, books, etc.) and monitored Look implementation mechanisms and corresponding graphic variations.
▪️ Monitored budgets, studied opportunities for
streamlining and simplification, and ensured the proper execution of Look contracts.
▪️ Identify potential synergies and joint optimizations
in conjunction with the site signage teams, as well
as ensure overall consistency with the site outreach
program delivered by local authorities.
▪️ Coordinate and supervise the various Look of Paris
2024 suppliers and associated schedules (installation, maintenance, transition, dismantling, etc.).
