I'm an independent architect and advisor for omnichannel customer experience and AI in service operations.

I work with mid-to-large European enterprises and system integrators across DACH and CEE.

Where I focus
CCaaS strategy, selection and architecture — Genesys Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, Sprinklr. Conversational AI design and governance, CCM integrated. GenAI applied to customer service operations and software delivery - end-to-end, not isolated proofs of concept. Enterprise low-code as the integration and process layer around CX (OutSystems certified; experienced across Mendix, Appian, ServiceNow).
The question most of my clients are wrestling with right now: where does GenAI actually belong in a regulated, customer-facing operation, and how do you govern it without either freezing the rollout or breaking production? That's where most of my recent engagements have been.

I'm typically engaged as solution architect, advisor, or program lead - for platform selection, RFI/RFP, target architecture, conversational AI design, GenAI readiness, or oversight of multi-vendor CX transformations. Senior independent, not a body shop placement.
