Experte en stratégie ESG et transformation durable, j’accompagne les organisations dans la mise en conformité réglementaire (CSRD, ESRS, GRI) et l’intégration opérationnelle des enjeux climat et supply chain.

Forte d’une expérience en conseil international, j’interviens sur des programmes complexes mêlant double matérialité, gouvernance ESG, définition de KPIs, structuration des processus de reporting et pilotage de feuilles de route de décarbonation avec les fournisseurs.

J’aide les directions finance et opérations à transformer les exigences réglementaires en leviers de performance et de création de valeur, grâce à une approche pragmatique orientée résultats et adoption par les équipes.

J’interviens en contexte international sur des missions de stratégie, transformation, reporting et pilotage de programmes ESG.
