1️⃣ Audit : je cartographie vos process, identifie les points de frictions et priorise ce qui a le plus d'impact
2️⃣ Recommandation : je vous propose la solution adaptée à votre réalité : agent IA, automatisation no-code, système complet ou développement d'une app interne sur-mesure
3️⃣ Implémentation : je ne fais pas que conseiller. Je construis, avec les outils les plus adaptés à vos cas d'usage : Bubble, Make, Zapier, Dust, ClickUp ou autre.

Mon profil en bref
Ancienne chef de projet et product owner en banque d'investissement, je me suis reconvertie dans l'accompagnement en transformation digitale des entreprises il y a quatre ans.
Depuis, j'ai accompagné des dizaines d’entreprises dans la structuration de leurs outils digitaux, pour centraliser et organiser les données, automatiser les tâches répétitives afin de gagner en productivité.
📍 Basée à Madrid, je travaille en remote avec des clients français et internationaux (anglais courant).
