S/4HANA Phase 0 to do a deep analysis on custom code, working on estimation efforts doing manual remediation or using third party tools (smartShift).

Detail Deep dive into custom code, running CCM App (ATC), mapping to functional work streams, analysis of custom code usage statistics, custom code scoping, effort estimation of code remediation, TUT and documentation, SPDD/SPAU activities, …Working also closely to smartShift to provide alternative approach using automation.

S/4HANA Phase 0 for a Greenfield approach, working in technical tower as technical lead and also leading the UX workstream (discovery - UX workshops, KDDs, …). Detail Support client in phase 0 / discover for an upcoming SAP S/4HANA Greenfield migration, leading technical team with areas Basis / Infra and integration. Also leading the UX work stream during this phase to suggest UX value goals and persona identification.
