• • Delivered motor insurance pricing engagements end to end: a GLM pricing prototype across nine regulatory vehicle classes with project charter, tracking workbook and technical documentation, and a separate Bayesian credibility rate review culminating in a regulator ready actuarial memorandum.

• • Built and deployed a claims reserving platform implementing 10+ reserving methods, used in client work and professional training.

• • Designed and delivered AI executive briefings and technical training on AI-enabled actuarial modelling for insurance executives and professional bodies.

• • Large-scale data analysis for a national social security institution: Python/pandas analysis of contribution and pension datasets exceeding 12 million records, delivering 15 analytical tables and management insights.

• • Economic and policy analysis supporting Swiss SME policy; developed a structured self assessment instrument.
