I help organisations close the gap between what they claim and what they actually deliver — through honest research, field-grounded analysis, and strategy that works in practice. My background spans conservation fieldwork in French Polynesia, academic research in nature tourism and climate adaptation, and operations at FORBES 5-star eco-resort level. I work with natural parks, eco-properties, and development organisations looking to make better decisions about tourism, territory, and environmental impact. Available remotely, with capacity for on-site missions.
