I am Erik, a data scientist looking for new challenges apart from my current full-time job.

I am passionate about mathematics and software development, so I ended up studying Mathematics and Physics and becoming a Data Scientist / Machine Learning Engineer in Munich.

Although I have many years of experience in software development, data science, machine learning etc. this is the first time that I work as a freelancer, so I still have a lot to learn!

I define myself as an empathetic person with a sense of humor who is easy-going and always eager to learn. However, I am also pragmatic and aim always for the best solution for my client no matter if it is the fanciest latest LLM or a simple linear regression - just the model that best fits their needs.
