I help manufacturers automate quality inspection with computer vision. For seven years at Inspectron AG I've led 20+ industrial CV projects end-to-end — from requirements and hardware selection through firmware, vision pipelines, and on-site deployment in Swiss factories. My platform Hawkeye Vision now powers ~80% of the company's deployed inspection systems, replacing 6-person manual inspection teams with one operator working under one hour a day, at 99.9% recall or better.

I work across the full stack of industrial CV: custom smart cameras on Xilinx SoCs, recipe-driven recognition engines, YOLO model training, anomaly detection with PatchCore for parts you have no defect samples for, and the tooling that lets non-programmers run all of it. I'm comfortable in .NET, Python, OpenCV and PyTorch, and equally happy spending a week debugging a model or a week soldering and writing firmware.

Bring me your defect-detection, measurement, or counting problem — especially the ones where AI "doesn't work because we have no defect samples", the production line isn't ready, or the hardware can't run a GPU. Those are the ones I enjoy most.
