Receive new machines and verify that they meet requirements,

Perform mechanical, electrical, and automation settings to ensure proper operation,

Participate in commissioning during the installation of new equipment or after modifications,

Identify faults or malfunctions, analyze root causes, and help implement solutions,

Work with maintenance teams, external contractors, or manufacturers when necessary,

Create or update operating instructions to facilitate machine use,

Monitor maintenance activities and ensure traceability of actions performed,

Record and analyze maintenance data to improve tracking and performance,

Contribute to the deployment of a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System),

Manage spare parts inventory for the maintenance department,

And contribute to the digitalization of the maintenance department to improve structure and efficiency.

- Support to technicians in carrying out maintenance interventions;

- Execution of SATs, INSTRU, and FURNACE MAPPING with the pyrometry technician;

- Creation and updating of operating instructions for furnaces and other equipment;

- Implementation of new programs on certain furnaces;

- Updating of program nomenclatures for certain furnaces;

- Execution of Level 1 Preventive Maintenance:

1. Chemical analysis of the solvent (pH measurement, detection of free acids, etc.) in the IFP washing machine;

2. Monitoring of detergent concentration in the tanks of the MecanoLav washing machine;

- Creation of safety posters for certain workstations;

- Improvement of furnace program management in Excel using VBA UserForms;

- Program analysis: data export, processing in Excel, and analysis with Power BI;

- Support to Production and the Quality department.

Creation and updating of work instructions;

- Kaizen workshop for the ROCA (Robot of Cells Assembly) 1 machine, applying DMAIC, PDCA methods, and YAMAZUMI analysis;

- Development of a preventive maintenance plan (levels 1, 2, and 3) for cutting presses, with proposal and installation of operating hour counters for these presses;

- Problem-solving related to quality and safety (design of tools in SolidWorks, creation of supports, workstation optimization, creation of safety posters, 5S workshop, modification of FIFO shelves);

- Participation in the digitalization of the "TOP 5" production ritual for prototype monitoring.
