Fractional Mobility Manager basé entre la Suisse romande et Barcelone, j’accompagne les entreprises, collectivités et opérateurs dans la conception et la mise en place de plans de mobilité, politiques de mobilité d’entreprise et services de mobilité innovants.

J’interviens principalement à distance pour piloter vos projets de mobilité durable : diagnostic, stratégie, feuille de route, gouvernance, appel d’offres, coordination des parties prenantes et déploiement opérationnel.

J’apporte aussi une forte expertise en innovation mobilité, transformation digitale et product management : MaaS, plateformes digitales, partenariats, expérience utilisateur, automatisation et nouveaux services à forte valeur ajoutée.
