I fix products that are stuck. I build ones that aren’t born yet. And I do it faster than most — because I’m not just a PM: I’m a former developer and UX designer who still ships production code solo.
13+ years mainly in B2B SaaS, mostly in high-stakes, unforgiving environments: cybersecurity, enterprise software, scale-ups under pressure. Orange Cyberdefense, EclecticIQ, ProtonMail, RedSocks (acquired by Bitdefender), IDEXX — products used by millions of users and some of the world’s most security-conscious organisations.
What makes me rare: I own the full stack of product craft. Strategy, discovery, roadmap, UX, delivery, go-to-market. I speak engineering fluently, design what I can’t delegate, and I challenge every assumption — including yours.
My current obsession is AI — not the hype, the substance. I’m completing a Master in AI for Executives at Bologna Business School (2026), one of Europe’s most prestigious AI programs. I lead a six-person team on a capstone AI project I proposed myself, focused on individuality vectoring. I bring that commercially grounded AI lens to every product decision I make for clients.
I work best with companies of 10–200 people where ownership is real, speed matters, and there’s something genuinely worth building. Available for focused sprints, interim Head of Product mandates, or embedded product lead roles.
