• • Drive Sustainability portfolio governance, chairing PRB routines and ensuring decision-making is structured, timely, and fully evidence-based.

• • Own KPI performance management, delivering clear portfolio insights and escalation points to senior leadership and key stakeholders.

• • Ensure data integrity and reporting quality across MSP Online through proactive project controls, quality reviews, and continuous follow-up with Project Managers.

• • Lead PM coaching and capability uplift, reinforcing governance standards, best practices, and tool adoption across the organization.

• • Lead the consolidation and validation of sustainability savings (Energy, Water, Waste), ensuring auditability, traceability, and consistent reporting.

• • Architect and deliver complex Power BI reporting solutions, transforming fragmented data into executive-ready dashboards supporting strategic decisions.

• • Provide end-to-end portfolio visibility across Global Engineering & Facilities (GEF), covering resources, timelines, costs, risks, and compliance with PM standards to enable informed leadership decisions.

• • Act as deputy point of contact for Global Engineering Delivery and Asset Management, ensuring continuity on capacity planning, project performance monitoring, and PMO support.

• • Lead the use and adoption of capacity management tools and processes, forecasting resource needs, identifying bottlenecks and risks, and driving mitigation actions to meet delivery objectives.

• • Consolidate and escalate portfolio risks, key learnings, and planning assumptions, ensuring transparency and proactive decision-making at portfolio level.

• • Ensure PMO coverage in underserved areas, supporting governance activities such as gating processes, appropriation requests, and portfolio documentation.

• • Safeguard adherence to project management methodologies, partnering with Project Excellence to drive consistency across the portfolio and key stakeholders.

• • Provide expert support to central functions and PMO networks (Project Excellence, Investment & Portfolio Management, local/global PMOs), leveraging strong portfolio and reporting expertise.

• • Report directly to the Project Performance & Capacity Management Lead, contributing to strategic planning and operational execution across the GEF organization.

• • Drive Quality Control (QC) portfolio governance, leading PRB routines and ensuring structured, timely, and evidence-based decision-making.

• • Own KPI performance management, consolidating and analyzing data from SAP, Spotfire, Power BI, and MyLearning to deliver actionable insights to leadership.

• • Ensure data integrity and reporting quality across MSP Online through proactive controls, quality checks, and continuous follow-up with Project Managers.

• • Lead PM coaching and capability uplift, reinforcing PM standards, governance expectations, and tool adoption across the QC organization.

• • Manage the PM training strategy and coordination, aligning training priorities with maturity gaps and organizational needs.

• • Architect and deliver advanced Power BI dashboards and reports, transforming complex datasets into executive-ready insights for multiple stakeholder groups.
