• End-to-end involvement across 3 completed deals: ✓ Moria: €35m minority investment in a new LBO alongside existing shareholder Naxicap Partners ✓ Delta IM: strategic external growth transaction, leading to a €21m reinvestment in ImaOne in Q2-24 ✓ MIR: €10m minority investment in a leading Italian manufacturer of respiratory diagnostic devices, alongside local partners, marking the first Italian deal for the healthcare team

• Led initial steps of the healthcare team in Italy and implemented a direct sourcing strategy

• Contributed to reporting, valuation and fundraising processes

• Monitored portfolio companies: Hacare (medical beds & furniture, €100m+ revenues), I-4S (military tents/shelters, €30m+ revenues) and Genex (rental of industrial trucks with driver, €45m+ revenues)

• Involved throughout the entire process of 3 completed acquisitions in different sectors: ✓ Healthcare: contributed to Hacare's external growth strategy via the acquisitions of Herdegen and BMB Medical (total revenues €40m+) ✓ Industry: Clufix (€25m+ revenues), design and manufacturing of technical fixing tools

• Key transaction: Translated, AI and machine learning-driven translation platform (€25m investment)
