Über Hugo

Je suis freelance RH, spécialisé en recrutement et en HR operations depuis 10 ans dans des contextes de croissance. J’interviens quand il faut structurer ou stabiliser une fonction RH, accélérer les recrutements, et faire tourner l’opérationnel RH au quotidien.

Concrètement, je prends en main les sujets HR ops : recrutement (300+ recrutements pilotés), onboarding, paie, admin RH, outils, conformité, CSE, accompagnement managérial… Je suis à l’aise sur l’ensemble du cycle de vie du collaborateur.

Ma valeur ajoutée : je rentre vite dans les sujets, je sécurise ce qui doit l’être, je traite les priorités RH ou recrutement avec méthode, autonomie et clarté. Je ne cherche pas à complexifier — je suis là pour faire avancer les projets RH et les opérations, et soulager les équipes terrain comme la direction.
