Jaden supported Microsoft through an Oxygen Exp contract by designing a CoPilot-aligned eLearning prototype using Articulate Storyline and Figma. She also delivered accessible, interactive content tailored to diverse learner needs, combining her knowledge of UX strategy with instructional design.

Key Project: Executive-Facing Chat-Based Simulation

Microsoft needed a functional prototype to explore mobile-first, DEI-conscious learning delivery for executive review. Jaden created an interactive chat-based simulation in Articulate to demonstrate the concept in a dynamic, accessible format.

- Built an engaging mobile-style learning prototype using Articulate Storyline and custom JavaScript.

- Designed branching conversation paths with embedded media and user input fields.

- Delivered a polished, executive-ready experience presented to Microsoft's Chief Diversity Officer.

At Paylocity, Jaden developed interactive external and internal training courses for Paylocity’s HR, Sales, and Customer Service teams using Articulate Rise. She also meticulously edited, tagged and catalogued Paylocity’s 700+ course library with a custom taxonomy system to support the company’s 3-year backlog of course content.

Paylocity experienced a surge in eLearning content creation with no unified system for tracking or reuse. Jaden developed a comprehensive taxonomy and tagging hierarchy while reviewing over 700+ Rise courses, tagging and entering each one into the system she created. Her efforts reduced duplicated content, enabled content reuse, and improved searchability by keywords and topics—especially useful for annual and compliance-driven updates.

At Tipping Point Solutions, Jaden developed interaction-intensive eLearning courses for the U.S. government using a custom Adobe Captivate framework. Their work supported mission-critical training initiatives, requiring precision, cultural adaptability, and seamless integration into secure learning environments.

The DLIFLC required multilingual training for international teams delivered in a secure environment and with high interactivity. Jaden designed the courseware in a custom Adobe Captivate framework using code-driven interactions and strict compliance requirements.
