A complete SaaS email platform for teams, built end to end, focused on privacy, shared inboxes, and simple admin control — positioned as a flat-rate alternative to Gmail, Outlook, and ProtonMail.

What I built:

• Full SaaS architecture from zero to production

• User & organization system (teams, roles, permissions)

• Shared mailboxes (info@, support@, sales@) with per-user access control

• Admin dashboard to manage users, emails, permissions, and domains

• DNS verification wizard (guided domain setup)

• Invite-by-link onboarding flow

• Flat-rate pricing logic (not per-seat)

• End-to-end encryption between team members

• Hosted in EU (Germany) with privacy-first architecture

This project required combining product thinking, backend architecture, security concerns, UX, and business logic, not just UI work.

I designed and developed a custom CMS end-to-end, including a PostgreSQL backend (Neon), backend logic and APIs, and several separate frontends. The system was deployed using Vercel and Cloudflare Pages, with Cloudflare R2 and AWS for file storage and supporting services.

I integrated Stripe for payments and subscriptions and set up automated email workflows for transactional and system notifications. Throughout development, I used AI-supported workflows to assist with debugging, refactoring, and documentation while maintaining full ownership of the code and architecture.

Alongside development, I bring experience in project management, e-commerce, and digital marketing, which helps me build systems aligned with real business needs rather than purely technical requirements.
