Après 3 ans en tant qu'analyste leverage finance chez BPCE, j'ai développé une expertise pointue sur les opérations de haut de bilan : LBO, M&A, structuration de dette, levée de fonds.

Diplômé de 2 master l'un en économie et l'autre en finance (emlyon), je comprends autant les dynamiques macro qui influencent une opération que les modèles financiers qui la structurent.

Aujourd'hui j'accompagne dirigeants et entrepreneurs sur leurs projets de croissance externe, de cession ou de levée de fonds.
